会议传达学习了2010年省总工会基层工会建设推进会会议精神。市建筑行业工会等就近年来工会基层组织建设、农民工维权等进行了经验交流。会议号召各级工会要按照“继续扩大数量、突出提高质量、坚持素质并进、实现持续发展”的要求，坚持不懈地推进工会组建和会员发展工作。
