随州经济开发区某公司油漆车间工人陈某吃过中午饭后就在车间靠边一空地午休，由于当天天气较凉，陈就在车间拿了条麻布袋子盖在身上，该公司司机胡某驾驶一大货车在该车间装货时，没看到麻袋下的陈某，误将陈碾压致死。
