随州一男的和两女的，在火车上广水男子摸随州女子的大腿，双方在火车上就叫了混混，随州叫的人多，广水叫的人少，下火车刚出站，在广场（基本上在进站口前25米处）就动刀砍人了，现场砍断一颈动脉。
