随县研究解决交通建设难题

近日，随县召开加快交通发展专题会议，研究解决当前交通建设面临的困难和问题。
随县针对资金不足等交通建设突出问题，从四个方面着手解决：减免部门收费，交通建设项目申报审批，各部门除上缴省厅的各项收费外，其它收费一律全额免收；明确“四杆”迁移责任，本着“谁所有、谁负责”的原则，由产权所有单位负责迁移；落实用地计划，优先解决交通基础设施建设用地问题；落实债券资金，安排5000万元地方政府债券资金用于普通公路建设。
今年，随县按照省政府普通公路三年攻坚任务的要求，结合实际，确定了厉均路、吴唐路、厉万路、中心客运站、东外环一级公路等重点工作，目前，各项目进展顺利。
