十月二十六日，湖北华曜汽车钢铁物流园有限公司在市工商局办理了企业名称预先核准登记，这是我市登记的首家外商投资的物流园。该项目是我市重点招商引资项目，由香港德盛投资控股集团有限公司投资五千万美元兴建。物流园经营范围涉及仓储、物流配送、钢材加工销售、会展、投资咨询、房地产开发建设等。
