而原住该市西坝滨江路47号的杜女士，选的是两室一厅，面积为66.94平方米经济适用房。她原住房只有42平方米，换新房只补了1万余元。
昨起，该市首批204套经济适用房交钥匙，解决了204户重点工程拆迁户和城区西坝滨江路47号危房户的住房问题。
据介绍，该市经济适用房小区总建筑面积为13万多平方米，共计1824套，分两期完工。预计第二期经济适用房在今年底交付使用，其中包括近百套廉租房。
