随州采用“以土地换项目”等措施融资3.283亿元

今年随州城市建设综合开发投资公司上半年采用“以土地换项目”等措施，共融资3.283亿元。
按照市政府确定的2010年市政基础设施重点项目建设计划，经市政府领导批准，对城东新区青年路东段、编钟大道、站前大道工程采取“招商招标”（BT）的方式建设。分别于3月17日、5月4日、5月24日完成编钟大道、站前大道、青年路东段的招商招标任务，共融资6000万元。
2月9日成功对新火车站广场G〔2010〕04号地块公开拍卖，实现土地收益8915万元。
6月29日成功对G〔2010〕07地块公开拍卖
