随州市房管局开展房地产专项检查清理工作

2007年1月1日至2010年5月10日，随州市共批准51家房地产开发企业73个楼盘18587套247.67万平方米商品住房进行销售，已销售11925套150.88万平方米，销售率71%。还有在建商品住宅项目11个，总建筑面积4.6万平方米；广水市12家14个楼盘2672套35.41万平方米，已销售1837套、20.28万平方米，销售率57%。
另有在建商品住房项目4个，总建筑面积4.6万平方米。预计这些在建商品房住房项目在今年12月底以前都能上市销售。此次清理检查发现的突出问题主要在两个方面：
