曾都区南郊办茶庵社区居民马济清（左），身残志不残，他自学水泥预制技术办起预制板厂，由于质量好，产品行销随城和多个乡镇。近几年，马济清安排14名本地农民在厂里就业，今年他被选为区残联副主席。
