广水举行阳光小区经济适用房价格听证

[b]广水网消息[/b] 昨日，市物价局就应山阳光小区经济适用房价格举行听证会，为我市经济适用房最终售价作参考。
按照省政府有关文件规定，经济适用住房的销售价格一般为同地段同类型商品房售价的60%左右，最高不得突破70%。
在市物价局给出的定价征询意见表上，阳光小区经济适用房基准价格主要包括两档：900元左右/平方米和1000元左右/平方米。有关人大代表、政协委员、应山办事处和城区社区干部参加本次价格听证。
