随县开展土地出让金专项审计

建县以来，随县土地出让金收入迅速增长，占全县财政收入的比重不断提升，土地出让过程与出让金收入管理及使用情况成为社会关注的焦点。
根据《审计法》与县委领导意见，随县审计局从8月26日开始，对随县建县以来土地出让金征收、管理与使用情况进行专项审计调查，以加强专项资金规范管理与使用效益，加强土地出让管理，提高土地利用效率。
