今年随州市人口计生系统 “帮教”工程共资助计生对象25658人，减免和发放相关资金2429.88万元。其中，直接发放助学金66.88万元，资助478名农村计划生育家庭子女顺利入学或完成学业；将义务教育住校就读的农村独生女和两女户女孩给予生活补助14350人，补助资金1274万元；为农村独生女和两女户女孩办理中考加分10114人，享受加分照顾716人，共免交培养费1089万元。
