这款全画幅相机将采用1200万像素传感器,但这种传感器已经经过改进从而带来高清电影模式,灵敏度大为改善,但目前不清楚制式,只知道大于等于720p,帧率可达24,ISO可达102,400,比目前的型号高四倍,D3s支持更多的新镜头,包括广角16-35mm f4 ED VR lens和长焦100-500mm f4-5.6 ED VR.
