微软：Windows 7比XP SP3更为安全

据国外媒体报道，微软今天发布了第八版安全智能报告SIR 8(Microsoft Security Intelligence Report v8)。该报告显示，Windows 7 RTM和Vista SP2是微软公司迄今为止最安全的Windows客户端。
安全智能报告是微软搜集每月来自Windows恶意软体移除工具所回报的资料，以及微软及第三方软体所发现的漏洞、攻击趋势等资讯进行汇集分析而成的。此次报告的调查期间为2009年6月~12月。
SIR 8报告显示，Windows 7 RTM和Vista SP2的感染率要明显低于前版Windows系统，而且这两款系统的64位版(x64)的安全性要高于32位版(x86)。
微软公司在报告中指出：“Windows 7 RTM和Vista SP2是图表中感染率最低的两款系统平台。64位版Windows 7 RTM/Vista SP2（均为1.4‰）是感染率最低的系统版本，32位版Windows 7 RTM/Vista SP2的感染率都不足Windows XP SP3的一半。”
64位版Windows 7/ Vista SP2感染率仅为1.4‰，XP SP3（只有32位版）高达7.0‰，64位版XP SP2也高达4.5‰。32位版Windows 7/ Vista SP2感染率分别为2.8‰和2.2‰。
微软公司解释：“64位版系统中增加了内核补丁保护(Kernel Patch Protection)和数据执行保护技术（Data Execution Prevention）等安全功能。因此，64位版Windows XP, Windows Vista和Windows 7的感染率要低于32位版系统。
