“来，来，来！把标语刷到我的三轮摩托车上！”7月12日，随州经济开发区淅河镇蒋寨村的蒋高潮主动向供电公司员工张罗着。蒋高潮每天都开着三轮摩托车载客往返于镇区和乡村，当天他看到随州供电员工正在粉刷电力设施保护宣传标语，主动提出免费帮着流动宣传。图为随州供电员工正将 “举报盗窃破坏电力设施犯罪线索有奖”的标语刷在蒋高潮三轮摩托上。
