随州城区土地证书加上防伪二维码 从此无假证

从6月1日起,随州国土城区分局颁发的土地证书上全部加贴带有防伪标识的二维码,市民办理抵押和土地档案查询只需将土地证书在 “电子扫描眼”上一“瞄”便可为用户提供方便快捷的土地登记信息,轻松识别证书的真伪。
此外,二维码信息与城区分局土地登记系统对接,只要扫描土地证书上的二维码,即可查清相应的土地登记信息,可提高工作效率减少业务差错,从而实现土地登记规范化管理。
