随州市建房需占用林地的农村独生子女户和双女户将获得优惠

2010年4月12日，随州市林业局发布《致全市农村计划生育户的公开信》。告示指出：全市农村独生子女户和双女户，建房需占用林地的，林业部门将优先办理林地占用手续。
同时，该局还组织各级林业部门对农村独生子女户、双女户免费进行林、果、茶生产技术培训达500户。（随县200户、曾都区、广水市各150户）
