新能源车补贴细节正制定 5月底前将出台

国务院5月5日在一份有关节能减排的文件中明确提出“全面推广节能汽车，继续做好新能源汽车示范推广，5月底前有关部门要出台具体的实施细则”。这意味着一直犹抱琵琶半遮面的新能源汽车私人购买补贴等鼓励政策即将走上前台。
此次即将出台的新能源汽车推广细则，将是对去年底国务院常务会议决定的细化。去年12月的一次国务院常务会议提出，“将节能与新能源汽车示范推广试点城市由13个扩大到20个，并选择5个城市进行对私人购买节能与新能源汽车给予补贴试点。”因此，确定新增加的7个新能源汽车示范推广试点城市和5个私人购买补贴试
