一、房地产企业队伍不断扩大。2003年前，我市仅有本土开发企业6家， 截止2009年底我市房地产开发企业已达到23家，正在申报资质4家，共27家。其中三级资质10家，四级资质5家，暂定资质8家，申报暂定资质4家。已取得资质并注册登记的物业管理企业4家，申报资质的1家；已取得资质的中介服务机构2家，总注册资本3.86亿元。
二、房地产开发投资不断增加。根据调查统计，2007年至2009年12月底，我市房地产开发总投资规模为12.887亿元，开发项目34个，规划总面积1243147㎡，竣工面积1040
