8年间随州城区商住房涨了2000多，2002年的房价只是现在房价的零头。这8年随州房价从500元/平方米起，到突破千元大关，用了四年时间。从1000元起,到突破1500元，用了1年时间。从1500元起到突破2000元，只用了几个月的时间！随州楼市突破3000元/平方米的时代不远了。 2002 年随州市商住房均价为每平方米 650 元
2003 年随州市商住房均价为每平方米 730 元；
2004 年随州市商住房均价为每平方米 780 元；
2005 年随州市商住房均价为每平方米 8
