随州市一国有建设用地使用权获出让

6月29日上午，市土地收购储备中心以拍卖方式成功出让一宗国有建设用地使用权。该地块宗地编号为随州市G(2010)07号，位于擂鼓墩大道以东，出让面积117.84亩，规划用地性质为商住用地，出让年限商业40年住宅用地70年，拍卖起始价为11500万元。经过5家竞买人数十轮竞价，何小芳个人最终以16400万元价格成功竞得该宗国有建设用地使用权。
